What are the Mineral Springs and what can I do there??

(saw several questions in LA about that)

Mineral Springs is an explorable area east of Granite Citadel in Southern Shiverpeaks.

You can go there to capture elites, get collector items, or do a Titan quest you get from Glint's statue in Droknar's Forge.
